Ramadan Special: Count your blessings

 We all go through ups and downs in life and in challenging time gratitude can be difficult  to uphold. But there are many blessings that we have in our lives that aren’t always apparent to us. Make a list of all the blessings you can think of, and thank Almighty Allah for each one of them. We are really fortunate to be able to grow spiritually and have the ability to to give and serve others.

As many are battling the pandemic health becomes the most important thing of our lives. If you are in good health, cherish it. Feel blessed if you have someone to rightly advise you or guide you. Be thankful for having friends and family who can support you in times of need. And last but not the least, if you have work and you are earning count it as a blessing. Imagine life without work? Look for all the blessings in disguise that surround you. By doing so you will live a content and more meaningful life.

Avoid sugar, desserts and canned fruit juices that will raise your blood-sugar immediately.
