One arrested for possessing large quantities of alcoholic beverages in Oman

Muscat: A foreign truck driver has been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) for possessing large quantities of alcoholic beverages.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: "North Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command has arrested a foreign truck driver with large quantities of alcoholic beverages. Legal measures are being taken against him."
