Royal Decree promulgates Bylaw of University of Technology

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Wednesday issued a Royal Decree, No. 47/2021, on promulgating the System (Bylaw) of University of Technology and Applied Sciences.

Article (1) stipulates that the provisions of the System of University of Technology and Applied Sciences, attached to this decree, shall be enforced.

Article (2) states that the Chairman of the Council of University of Technology and Applied Sciences shall issue the organisational regulation of the University, as well as other regulations and decisions necessary for the application of the System attached. Till such time, the existing regulations and decisions shall continue to be enforced without prejudice to the provisions of the System attached (to this decree).

Article (3) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on the day following its date of publishing.
