Temporary road diversion announced in this area in Oman

Muscat: The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology has announced the temporary opening of the road diversion near Al Sayyh Al Ahmer area in the Wilayat of Bidbid starting July 1, 2021.

A statement issued online by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology said: "In light of the current efforts to implement Bidbid-Al Rusayl Road Expansion project, the ministry would like to bring to your attention that starting Thursday morning, July 1,2021, a temporary road diversion will be opened near Al Sayyh Al Ahmer area in the Wilayat of Bidbid in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police."

"This arrangement will continue until the completion of the additional third and fourth lane project related work which is being constructed at the same location. We urge all motorists to be cautious and follow the safety instruction sign boards," the ministry added.
