ahlibank’s call centre advances its banking services under ‘Ahli Connect’

Muscat: In line with its initiatives to develop safe and seamless solutions for its customers, ahlibank has announced the launch of ‘Ahli Connect’, a 24/7 service centre aimed at enhancing the experience of the bank’s customers, and providing them with advanced banking services based on latest practices and technologies.

On the occasion of the launch, Ruqaiya Al Lawati, Head of Change Management at ahlibank, said, “Ahli Connect reflects the bank's interest in ensuring that the needs of its customers are constantly, professionally and quickly met. We understand the need for innovative solutions that adopt the latest technologies and practices to help meet the individual needs of our customers, and add value to the services provided to them.”

The new ‘Ahli Connect’ receives customers’ calls and responds to their inquiries through a dedicated team that is responsible for dealing with their various banking needs professionally. The team is highly qualified to keep up with customer service standards in a competitive environment. The team also can deal with difficulties that customers may face, using advanced methods and modern technologies that enhance business efficiency and contribute to managing customer expectations and service distinctly.

Ahli Connect offers a range of services that facilitates customers with on-call access to their account with the Bank. For customers with more than one ahlibank account, Ahli Connect enables them to request that all accounts at the bank be linked to one automated Debit Card, making it easier to access all data via this Card, so they can conduct their banking transactions faster and easier. Customers can also request additional loans to an existing loan using Ahli Connect.

The services provided at Ahli Connect include updating personal data associated with the ID card and passport, change of customer’s registered contact number, email and residence address. In addition, customers can request an increase in withdrawal limit using their Debit Card, and activate the Credit and Debit Cards. They can also enquire about the balance order and apply for a chequebook.
