No change in appearance of Omani passport :ROP

Muscat: There is no change in the shape or colour of the Omani passport, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) said after a picture of the Omani passport was circulated on social media.

A statement issued online by ROP said: "The Royal Oman Police clarifies that the circulating picture in social media is of the passport’s identification book and was issued during the inauguration period of the currently used electronic Omani passport. There is no change in the shape or colour of the passport as being wrongly circulated."
