Apricot harvest begins in Oman

Muscat: With a daily production of 50 kilograms, the apricot harvest has begun in Jabal Shams, Al Dakhiliyah Governorate.

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA), said :"The apricot fruit harvest begins in Jabal Shams in the Wilayat of Al Hamra in the Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, with a daily production of 50 kilograms. The apricot season is one of the short seasons that does not exceed three weeks of production in the month of May."
