Madha: Construction work at the new hospital of Madha in the Governorate of Musandam are pressing ahead, with 67 percent of the tasks completed at a cost of more than OMR6 million.
The Ministry of Health supervises the project.
Eng. Jamal Salim Al Shanfari, Director General of Projects and Engineering Affairs at the ministry, said that the hospital occupies an area of 10,000 square metres and consists of 40 beds, hospitalisation wards, labs and other facilities.
Eng. Jamal Salim Al Shanfari further added that the project is progressing as planned.
Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Al Madhani, Head of Madha Health Centre, said the new hospital has 14 standard health clinics.
