Muscat: The Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) will celebrate the graduation of its 33rd batch (2912 graduates) on the 5 and 13 of November.
A first ceremony—for graduation of SQU students from human sciences colleges—will be held under the auspices of Dr. Mahad Said Ba’owain, Minister of Labour on 5 November.
The batch comprises 1,691 graduates from the colleges of law, education, economics and political sciences, arts and social sciences.
On 13 November, a second ceremony will see the graduation of students from science colleges.
It will be held under the auspices of Dr. Rahma Ibrahim Al Mahrooqi, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
The 1,221-strong batch includes graduates from the colleges of engineering, medicine and health sciences, science, nursing, agricultural and marine sciences.
