We also addressed the impact of psychological programming on sales, from customer’s interactions with advertisements and marketing offers to customers buying behavior, enabling entrepreneurs to improve their overall sales process and achieve better results. As part of the session, we also covered the right steps to achieve sales, which include studying the market and customers, identifying the competitive advantages of the product or service, improving the presentation of the product or service, learning techniques for effective communication with customers, knowing how to successfully manage the sales and closing process, and after the sale, paying attention to customers and following up with them.
