7-month-old baby rescued from house fire in Oman

Muscat: A seven-month-old baby was rescued from a house fire last night, according to PACDA.

A house fire was reported last night in North Al Hail, Wilayat Seeb in Muscat Governorate to which the Public Authority for Civil Defense and Ambulance (PACDA) immediately responded.

According to the PACDA tweets, a house in North Al Hail was on fire with some of the occupants trapped inside.

“The firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze and a 7 month old in medium condition was given first aid as a result of inhaling smoke,” said the tweet.

No other injuries were reported.
