Labour Ministry urges establishments to pay wages of workers before June 25

Muscat: The Ministry of Labour has issued a circular for the payment of wages to workers in establishments subject to the provisions of the Labour Law.

The Ministry of Labour, in a circular, stated that all private sector establishments subject to the provisions of the Labour Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. (35/2003) must commit to submitting the payment of wages to their workers for the month of June 2023, no later than Sunday, corresponding to June 25, 2023.”

This circular has been issued due to the occasion of the approaching Eid Al-Adha for the year 1444 AH.
