Salad Dressing
Take three eggs and beat until frothy. Add 1/2 cup honey, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 cup lemon juice and grated lemon rind. Also add a pinch of salt. Boil the mixture while stirring constantly until the consistency becomes thick. When cool add 1/2 cup whipped cream.
Ice-Cream
Combine 500ml cream and 1/2 cup honey and mix over medium heat. Stir for 5 minutes or so and remove from the heat. Separately beat 4 egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and make a smooth creamy mixture. Beat in the honey cream mixture and later strain. Cook over medium heat, stirring for 10 to 15 minutes and pour into a cake pan. Cover. Freeze till it is
Honey Shake
Take 3 ripe bananas, 2 tablespoons pure honey, 4 cups non dairy milk, 6 ice cubes, and 1 teaspoon ground flax seed. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend till a thin watery consistency is reached. Pour in tall glass and serve. firm and then later beat until smooth. Pour the mixture in a tin mould and freeze for 5-6 hours.
Honey-Baked Fish
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and grease an aluminium foil. Take mackerel or any other fish and brush it with 2 tablespoons honey. Sprinkle one julienned carrot and one julienned celery. Also add 2 tablespoons vinegar, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce and season with salt and pepper as per your taste. Seal the aluminium foil well from the edges and put it in a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve hot. You can also add a dash of lime for added flavours.
Honey Fudge
Mix 2 tablespoons sugar in 2/3 cup milk and add 1/4 cup of honey to it. Mix well. Add grated chocolate from two small pieces of chocolate, 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir over medium heat until well blended. Stir 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and beat the mixture till it gets a thick consistency. Spread in a buttered pan and let it cool. Cut it into square pieces and serve.
