Injured Palestinians arrive in Oman to receive treatment

Muscat: A number of wounded Palestinians arrived in the Sultanate of Oman to receive treatment.

An official source at the Foreign Ministry stated that a number of Palestinians injured due to the Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip arrived in the Sultanate of Oman on Wednesday to receive treatment.

The Foreign Ministry thanked the concerned authorities in the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt for facilitating their transport to Oman.

Palastinian Ambassador appreciates Oman's support for the injured

The Sultanate of Oman‬⁩ stands by the struggle of the Palestinian people to regain their legitimate rights, said the Palestinian Ambassador.

You His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Tayseer Farhat Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Sultanate of Oman said in a statement: “The Sultanate of Oman stands alongside the struggle of the Palestinian people to regain their legitimate rights. The Sultanate of Oman’s reception of a number of Palestinians wounded in the Gaza Strip is an appreciated step."

He added: “Since the beginning of this comprehensive war, the positions of the Omani leadership and people have been consistent and balanced, expressing their rejection of the aggression and demanding an end to this war.”

“Omani diplomacy had active movements and coordination of positions at various Arab, regional or international levels in order to put an end to this aggression,” HE concluded.
