Muscat: A truck driver has died after his vehicle broke down and caught fire in the Wilayat of Bidbid, Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, said the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA).
CDAA said in a statement :"The firefighting teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in the Al Dakhiliyah Governorate dealt with an accident where a truck (fuel tanker) collapsed and caught fire in the Wilayat of Bidbid. The teams were able to extinguish the fire ."
The accident has resulted in the death of the driver.
