The Sultanate of Oman is following with great interest the developments of the military escalation in the region, and the seriousness of its repercussions, stressing the importance of self-restraint to spare the region and its peoples the dangers of wars.
Oman expressed its condemnation of the brutal aggression launched by Israel on Lebanese territory, and the accompanying irresponsible political assassinations that do not take into account any consideration of international norms and laws.
