NCEM rubbishes rumours of vehicles sinking due to current weather condition

Muscat: The National Committee for Emergency Management (NCEM) has denied rumours of vehicles sinking in the Wilayat of Sur due to the current weather condition (Al-Sayyal) that the Sultanate of Oman is witnessing.

NCEM said in a statement :"The circulated clip about a number of vehicles sinking in the Wilayat of Sur is not true. The clip dates back to a previous weather condition that the Wilayat witnessed. We ask everyone to be accurate in publishing."
