Mr. Mahmad Shakil, Physical Education Educator at ISWK Cambridge International, was recently felicitated at the World School Summit 2025, held in Dubai in April 2025. The prestigious event brought together over 150 participants from more than 20 countries, including education leaders, policy-makers, and young changemakers, all committed to advancing the future of education on a global scale.
The summit featured keynote sessions and panel discussions led by more than 30 distinguished school principals and education experts, focusing on critical themes such as inclusive learning, digital transformation, school leadership, and student well-being.
In a proud and memorable moment, Mr. Shakil was presented with the Innovative P.E. Educator Award, recognising his outstanding contributions to student engagement, creativity, and excellence in physical education. The award was presented by Olympic medallist and wrestling champion Sakshi Malik, who was the Chief Guest at the summit.
Reflecting on the honor, Mr. Shakil said, "This recognition strengthens my commitment to promoting holistic development through sport and movement. It was a privilege to be part of such a global gathering focused on shaping meaningful education for the future."
The World School Summit, organised by the International School Awards platform, serves as a global platform for collaboration, innovation, and inspiration in education.
