The dual recognition highlights the airline’s unwavering dedication to delivering a guest-centric journey that blends authentic Omani hospitality with world-class service standards.
As part of its ongoing drive to elevate the travel experience, Oman Air has recently introduced a series of on-board service enhancements. Among the latest culinary offerings is ‘Roqaa Omania’, a thoughtfully curated Omani-themed menu, and its bespoke dessert featuring the Omani rock rose in partnership with Oman’s renowned fragrance house, Amouage. For the 2025 honours, passengers rated over one million PNR-verified flights across 600+ airlines using a five-star scale, evaluating seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage, entertainment, and Wi-Fi, all in under 15 seconds via a single-screen interface.
