Muscat: The North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command has detained several individuals following the circulation of a video clip showing their reckless behaviour in driving their vehicles in the course of a flowing wadi in Al Khabourah, endangering their lives and lives of those travelling with them.
Legal procedures are being completed against them.
