Survey on enhancing integrity, combating corruption begins

Muscat: A survey has begun aimed at consolidating the values of integrity and transparency and promoting accountability practices across various sectors of society.

The survey aims to measure the level of community awareness of the concept of integrity and the risks of its absence, in addition to evaluating individuals' perception of the institutional role in promoting integrity and combating corruption.

The survey also allows decision-makers and relevant authorities to review public opinion indicators on this topic, thereby contributing to the support of relevant national policies and programmes.

The survey will continue until 3 December and is being implemented via telephone contact, targeting a sample of Omani citizens aged 18 years and above from various governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.

The National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI), in cooperation with the State Financial and Administrative Audit Institution, began the implementation of the Public Opinion Survey on Enhancing Integrity and Anti-Corruption for 2025.
