Sohar: The Directorate General of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources in North Al Batinah Governorate on Monday organised a water security symposium, under the auspices of Mohammed Sulaiman Al Kindi, Governor of North Al Batinah.
The symposium included two dialogue sessions that addressed key issues in the field of water security. It also included an exhibition featuring equipment used in testing the quality of water for safe use.
The exhibition also included booths highlighting the Directorate's efforts in monitoring water quality and implementing water projects in different wilayats of the Governorate of North Al Batinah. The exhibition focused on raising public awareness about the importance of preserving water resources and ensuring their sustainability for future generations.
