Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP), has urged fishermen and owners of tourist boats in the vicinity of Musandam Governorate to refrain from going to sea during this period until further notice.
"In light of the recent rapid developments and the dangers they pose in the region, the Royal Oman Police urges fishermen and owners of tourist boats in the vicinity of Musandam Governorate to refrain from going to sea during this period until further notice, in order to ensure their safety. May God protect Oman and perpetuate its blessings of security and safety," the ROP said.
