Muscat: Europcar Oman & Bahrain recently welcomed senior leadership from Europcar Mobility Group’s global headquarters in Paris to Muscat, reaffirming a long-standing partnership and a shared vision for delivering world-class mobility solutions across the region.
The visiting delegation was led by Mark Lister, Group Director of International Partner Development, and Saif Salim, Franchise Regional Director – Middle East & Africa, representing Europcar Mobility Group’s international leadership team.

A key feature of the visit was an introduction to The Majlis at Muscat International Airport, a premium hospitality concept developed through a joint venture between Europcar Oman & Bahrain and ITL World.
Created as a seamless alternative to traditional airport arrivals, The Majlis combines refined mobility services with authentic Omani hospitality. The experience offers personalised guest reception, chauffeur-driven transfers, concierge assistance, and curated travel experiences designed to provide visitors with a distinguished welcome to the Sultanate.
The visit also showcased Oman’s growing reputation as a destination that seamlessly blends world-class infrastructure with warm hospitality, while demonstrating how innovative partnerships can elevate the travel experience for both business and leisure visitors.
