Muscat: Oman's Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) achieved a 100% response and completion rate for all public requests submitted through its Tajawob electronic platform during July 2026, underscoring its commitment to efficient public service and citizen engagement.
According to the authority's monthly report, the platform received a total of 19 requests during the month. These included seven inquiries, six suggestions, four reports, and two complaints. All requests were addressed and completed, resulting in a full 100% completion rate across every category.
The Tajawob platform serves as a digital communication channel between the public and the CDAA, enabling users to submit inquiries, reports, complaints and suggestions online. The initiative is part of the authority's broader efforts to improve transparency, enhance service quality and strengthen community participation through digital transformation.
The CDAA continues to encourage members of the public to use the platform to communicate their feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of its services.
