The participant schools are Indian School Jalan, Indian School Thumrait, Indian School Sur, Indian School Muladha, Indian School Wadi Kabir, Indian School Seeb, and the host and defending champions Indian School Salalah.
The parent community at the school are also eagerly looking forward to the day of the tournament as Indian School Salalah has been the champion for the past two consecutive years in the girls’ category and was the runner-up in the boys’ category for the year 2015.
Ram Santhanam, president, SMC, wished all the participants the very best. He said, “ISS is proud to host an event of such a magnitude and we are ready to create another milestone in kho-kho.”
