Oman health: Expat treated for Cholera

Muscat: A Bangladeshi expatriate is being treated for Cholera in Oman, an official at the Ministry of Health confirmed.
“The patient is receiving the appropriate treatment in the Sultanate and he is in a good condition,” the ministry said in a statement.
The official source assured that the cause of infection started from the patient’s homeland (Bangladesh) before he reached the Sultanate and added that no other Cholera cases have been confirmed in Oman.
