Salwa promoted as leasing manager of Hamptons in Oman

Muscat: Hamptons International & Partners has promoted Salwa Al Shahaibi to the position of Leasing Manager in the Muscat – Oman office. This also comes a few months after winning the prestigious award for Real Estate Woman of the Year.
In her new position, Salwa will be responsible for overseeing her leasing team, marketing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements for property in Muscat, overseeing completion of all necessary paperwork and ensuring high levels of customer service. She will also assist the head of agency, Daniel Sellu, in the overall performance of the leasing department in Hamptons.
Underscoring the initiative to encourage and support Omanis, Hamptons International has always stood by the belief in practice of strengthening the local workforce by training them in various lines of service and enhancing their knowledge and skills.
With over nine years of experience in the real estate sector, Salwa is the recipient of the Real Estate woman of the year award 2015. She is considered an expert in her field with exceptional knowledge in the concepts, practices, and procedures of the Oman leasing market.
