Muscat: Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara hosted an Iftar with the Omani Bahjah Orphan Society on the occasion of its Minor Founder's Day, to introduce young people to life working at a luxury resort.
The Omani Bahjah Orphan Society is a non-profit association that helps to educate and empower local orphaned and vulnerable children.

A total of 43 youths aged between 18 and 21 years old attended the Iftar with General Manager James Hewitson and HR Director Fatma Al Sinawi, as well as chief guest Abdullah bin Aqeel al Ibrahim, the Minister’s Advisor and Acting Deputy Governor of Dhofar.
The youths met with the resort’s team to gain insight into the range of job opportunities available within the hospitality industry, that they could consider as a future career.
Mr. Hewitson said that working with the society was "fantastic". "We look forward to continuing to work closely with the Omani Bahjah Orphan Society to showcase hospitality as a viable career option and hope to welcome these young people as employees of Anantara in the future!" he said.
