Heritage, equestrian, international sports events to be held in Salalah

Salalah: Dhofar Equestrian Club (DEC) will organise the exhibition of heritage, horses and international sports within the sporting events accompanying the Salalah Tourism Festival in front of the Municipality entertainment center during the period from August 5th to 10, with the participation of a number of government agencies and stables in the governorate.
The exhibition includes many horse tools and everything related to them, which will be reviewed by the participants to the festival visitors and residents in order to attract the largest number of different age groups, as the Khareef which characterises the Governorate of Dhofar during this period requires a variety of events to attract visitors from different countries of the world.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of DEC confirmed that the aim of the exhibition is to attract the largest number of government and private stables to display various horse tools and everything related to them, which will be of interest to the festival visitors, as the exhibition will be held in front of the municipality recreational centre on tent pegging course established by the Omani Equestrian Federation for this sport.
