Muscat: Trust Hydrotec defeated Future Oild Field by 36 runs to emerge the champions of Al Hail T10 Super Cup Cricket Tournament organised by Al Hail Cricket Team on Saturday.
In an exciting final, Trust Hydrotec captain Kabeer won the toss and elected to bat first. Trust Hydrotec went on to score 113 for four in 10 overs. Wajid top scored with 54 runs and other useful contribution came from Mhraj (26) and Afridi (14). For Future Oil Field, Imran took one wicket.
In reply, Future Oil Field were restricted to 77 for three in 10 overs. Imran was the top scorer with 21 runs. Irfan claimed two wickets for Trust Oil Field.
Wajid was declared the man of the match for his match winning knock of 54 runs while Wajid of Trust Oil Field was declared as the man of the tournament. Chema and Irfan of Future Oil Field were adjudged the best bowler and best batsman respectively.
