Muscat: "Super Omani" Hilal Al Shiadi set social media alight with his strongarm tactics, seemingly lifting a heavy rock on an Omani beach.

Hilal hoists up a large rock and his face turns red before he falls over. He then goes on to explain that the "rock" is actually a type of cork material.

He told Times of Oman: "I lifted the big, heavy rock, but it is just an attempt to create an atmosphere of laughter and to introduce people to this type of cork, found in Oman," Hilal said.
