Rep. Schiff calls Hicks' testimony 'executive stonewalling'

Rep. Adam Schiff, the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, called it "executive stonewalling" after Hope Hicks, a close aide to President Donald Trump, declined to answer questions about her time in the White House from members of the committee on Tuesday.
