National hockey team training set to start today

Muscat: Oman’s national hockey team players will take part from today in internal training camp being held in Muscat.
With respect to this, coach Tahir Zaman has called 30 players to the camp which will continue till May 15, as part of the preparations to the Asian Games which are set to be held in the Indonesian capital Jakarta from August 18 to September 2. Some players were chosen to the team based on their participation in Oman Hockey League Championship.
