Muscat: Boulevard Tower, one of Oman’s upcoming premier real estate projects, has reported strong progress in construction with 75 per cent of structural works now complete.
Comprising commercial and residential units set to redefine luxury living in Oman, Boulevard Tower is now undertaking key infrastructural works and is on-track for completion in the third quarter of 2019.
The architectural masterpiece is spread across 35,000 square metres in Mulqiya known as “Madinat Al Irfan”, dubbed Muscat’s "new downtown". Fibre-reinforced floor screed work has begun in the basement, and block and masonry work on the ground, first and second floors. Plastering is reportedly almost complete in the basement and the ground floor and is underway on the first floor. Plumbing and electrical works are on at every level of the complex.
“We are making excellent progress in construction; Boulevard Tower is now well en route to transforming the concept of luxury homes in Oman with prime real estate options for local consumers. We are maintaining strict adherence to our construction timeline and quality standards to ensure residents and investors are overwhelmed upon entry as we deliver bespoke new market options that include highly sought after freehold real estate,” said Sheikh Abdullah Al Khalili, Director at ASAS Oman, the project developer.
Situated within Oman’s flagship integrated tourism complex (ITC), Boulevard Tower has views of spectacular scenery nearby and modern amenities essential to luxurious living. The development embodies local heritage combined with a contemporary look, reflected in the architecture and the high-end facilities. It has a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments just minutes from Muscat International Airport. Each configuration boasts the option of overlooking a bustling urban scene of outlets and lifestyle boutiques or the undulating greens of one of Oman’s most awarded 18-hole grass golf courses.
Boulevard Tower is developed by ASAS Oman Group, a company established in 1991. The company is known for their diverse business interests and professional standing in the community.
