Company fined for illegally disposing waste in Oman

Muscat: A commercial company in Oman has been fined for illegally disposing residue of marble products in public areas, Muscat Municipality announced.
The Urban Inspection Department at Muscat Municipality in Bausher were monitoring the company in Al Masfah and caught them in the act during one of their field visits.
According to municipality officials, "The company disposed of marble product residue in public spaces. Such actions are considered to be a disruption of the public image, in addition to being a violation of municipal laws and regulations."
