Smart office business hub in Bausher to be ready by 2018

Muscat: Gulf Muscat United, the diversified development and construction group, on Monday launched sales for office space within Muscat’s newest office complex, which is poised to be Oman’s smartest and most energy efficient business hub.
Scheduled to be completed in early 2018, the complex will raise the bar for futuristic and iconic architectural design and setting new standards for energy efficiency.
Highlighting the development strategy for the futuristic office hub, Mehdi Borhani, chairman of Gulf Muscat United said, “Today we are launching sales for office space within the new development. The project was conceptualised to be the smartest office tower in Oman, allowing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporates freehold ownership of their own office space, versus the ongoing costs of renting. We are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable developments that respond to the rising demand for modern office space andquality working environments in the Sultanate.”
“This project will transform the nature of the office space offering in Muscat, creating an ultra-modern working environment that caters to the evolving needs of business managers and office professionals in Oman,” he added.
