Two children drown in pool in Oman

Muscat: Two children have died after drowning in a pool in Wilayat Jalan Bani Bu Ali, the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) announced on Saturday.

The nationality, age and gender of the two children have not been disclosed.

In a statement, PACDA said: “The water rescue team from the Department of Civil Defence and Ambulance in Southern Sharqiyah dealt with a report of two children drowning in a pool in the area of Wadi Saal in Wilayat Jalan Bani Bu Ali. The two children were already dead when authorities recovered their bodies.”
