Inspection finds 10 Kgs of inedible food in Oman

Muscat: 10 kgs of food was found damaged in an inspection campaign conducted by Masnaah Municipality.

According to the General Directorate for Regional Municipalities and Water Resources for South Al Batinah Governorate, “Masnaah Municipality in cooperation with Food Safety and Quality Center announced the results of inspection campaign in January 27, 2020: 18 shops were visited, 5 violations were observed, 2 warnings were issued, 10 kgs of food were found to be damaged, 5 shops were alerted."
