The World Health Organization has officially named the deadly coronavirus disease as Covid-19.
WHO chief called on the world to act together to combat this global crisis dubbing the virus as the biggest enemy to humanity.
Chinese epidemiologists warned that the outbreak could likely peak before the end of February.
Meanwhile, hundreds of medical experts and scientists from around the world have gathered in Geneva, to prepare a "roadmap" for the outbreak response, as well as possible treatments.
WHO Director-General indicated that it could be close to 18 months before the first vaccine could be made available.
