Muscat: The Ministry of Health has registered 1197 new coronavirus cases in Oman on Sunday.
Among those, 488 new cases were of expats and 709 of Omanis.
The total cases in the country has now touched 38150, including 21,200 recoveries and 163 deaths, according to MOH.
The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions issued by the Supreme Committee and the MOH, as well as staying at home and not going out unless necessary.
