16 arrested in Oman for publishing objectionable content

Muscat: Sixteen individuals have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) in Dhofar governorate for using information technology to publish content that violates public morals.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: "Dhofar Governorate Police Command arrests 16 people on charges of using information technology to publish content that violates public morals. The legal procedures for them are completed."
