Muscat: More than 8000 recovered COVID-19 cases have been registered in Oman within six days, raising the recovery rate to 87 per cent.
The Ministry of Health, on Wednesday, announced that the total number of recovered COVID-19 cases has reached 69,803.
As per the latest statement by the Ministry of Health, the total number of recovered cases on 30th July 2020 was 61,421 and after Wednesday's announcement, the total now stands at 69,803, which means that 8,382 recovered COVID-19 cases were recorded the past six days. This has raised the recovery rate to 87 per cent.
