Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a telephone call today from King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The two leaders reviewed perspectives on a number of current issues of mutual interest and the ways to achieve peace and security in the region. They also discussed means of boosting cooperation and partnership in various economic and investment sectors to serve mutual interests and enhance the fraternal bonds between the two sides.
His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere wishes of good health and wellbeing to the King. He also wished the people of Bahrain further stability and prosperity.
On his turn, the King of Bahrain wished His Majesty success in realizing the aspirations of the Omani people towards wider horizons of development and progress on all levels.
