RAO Commander hands over Royal Commission Certificates to graduating officers

Izki---- Maj. Gen Mattar bin Salim Al Balushi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO), handed over the Royal Commission Certficiates and Diploma Certificates in Military Science to the graduates of the Sultan Qaboos Military College.

He also felicitated the top graduating officers, on the occasion of the Royal Army of Oman's celebration of the graduation of officer batches. This took place today at the military parade ground at Shafe' Camp.

The Commander of the Royal Army of Oman congratulated the graduating officers on their distinguished performance during their graduation ceremony, which reflected the efforts exerted to bring them to this honorable level. He urged them to continue their effort, dedication, and devotion in performing their duties and tasks, wishing them continued success.
