
Muscat: The General Staff of the Sultan's Armed Forces (SAF), represented by the Moral Guidance and Military Protocol Department, is advancing its preparations for the 1447 AH/2026 CE military Hajj mission. This effort is being conducted in close coordination with relevant authorities in both the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Brigadier General (Navy) Abdul Nasser bin Ahmed Al-Abri, Head of Moral Guidance and Military Protocol and Chairman of the Military Hajj Mission Committee, met today at the Al-Shafaq Club with the military pilgrims and their administrative staff. The meeting served to confirm the mission's readiness and review all organizational aspects designed to ensure that the pilgrims can perform their rituals with ease, safety, and well-being.
Brigadier General Al-Abri confirmed that all necessary arrangements have been completed to provide a secure and convenient environment for the participants. This annual mission reflects the General Staff’s commitment to upholding the religious, national, and humanitarian values shared by members of the Ministry of Defense, the Sultan’s Armed Forces, and various military and security services.
