He added that the Chamber continues to provide the necessary support to develop the Centre's operations and enhance its institutional capabilities to align with international best practices in commercial arbitration and dispute resolution.

Al-Rawas explained that the launch of the new corporate identity and the Centre's upgraded rules reflect a new phase of qualitative development aimed at improving procedural efficiency, enhancing transparency and governance, and expediting dispute resolution. From this perspective, the Center continues to work on developing its institutional and regulatory frameworks to keep pace with the rapid changes in the world of trade and investment and to align with best practices and international standards adopted by leading arbitration institutions worldwide.

The rules aim to enhance procedural efficiency, ensure equality between disputing parties, and provide a clear professional framework that contributes to reaching fair judgments in accordance with established rules and agreements reached by the parties.

Al-Mundhiri emphasized the Oman Commercial Arbitrations Center's commitment to continuously developing its services and keeping pace with best practices. This will contribute to supporting the business and investment environment and strengthening the confidence of both the public and private sectors in the commercial arbitration system in the Sultanate of Oman.
