Information Minister discusses enhancing joint media cooperation with Director General of Gulf Radio, Television Corporation

Muscat: Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al Harrasi, Minister of Information, met today with Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al Hazza, Director General of the Gulf Radio and Television Organization. The meeting took place within the framework of enhancing joint Gulf media cooperation and exchanging expertise and experiences between media establishments in GCC countries.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the march of cooperation between the Ministry of Information and the Gulf Radio and Television Corporation, as well as the efforts exerted to enhance Gulf media integration. They also discussed a number of topics of common interest related to developing media work and expanding fields of cooperation across various media programs and initiatives.

The meeting also touched upon ways to elevate joint Gulf media content and boost the utilization of digital transformations and modern technologies in the media industry, in a manner that contributes to highlighting the developmental and cultural achievements of the GCC countries and consolidating their media presence at both the regional and international levels.
