Two rescued from drowning in Oman

Muscat: Two people were rescued from drowning at the fishing port in Sohar by the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA).

No information on how the incident occurred was put out by the authorities, however officials said that the two weren’t hurt that badly.

According to PACDA’s statement, “Emergency medical care was provided to them [the two who almost drowned] and they were transferred to Sohar Hospital in a medium health condition.”
